Our line of gluten free hard apple ciders is named for our fearless leader Peter Gentry, whose passion for bubbly beverages is not limited just to beer. Gentry's Rosé, Champagne, and Blackberry Bramble are available year round with fun seasonals sprinkled in.
Gentry's Rosé - Hard Cider
This twist on our original Dry Hard Cider is... just a bit more fun! We add Wisconsin Aronia berries to impart the perfect amount of sweetness and color. The result is a semi-sweet hard cider with a lovely pink hue. We even put it in cans so you can take our Rosé Hard Cider with you everywhere! It's gluten free, all natural, and contains no sulfites. We hope you'll enjoy.

Gentry's Champagne - Hard Cider
Made with naturally gluten free Washington apples, this hard cider stands out by being dry and easy to drink. And since it comes from One Barrel you know it's going to be good. We even put it in cans so you can take Gentry's with you everywhere! Like we said, it's gluten free, all natural, and contains no sulfites. We hope you'll enjoy.

Gentry's Blackberry Bramble - Hard Cider
We start with our classic dry cider and give it ample additions of Oregon Fruit blackberry puree, imparting a fresh fruity sweetness with mild tart notes and a lovely purple hue. Enjoy this refreshing delight on tap, over ice, or straight out of the can!

One Barrel Brewing and Gentry's Hard Cider is excited to announce the newest seasonal release in our cider line, Granny's Apple Crisp! This dessert cider is a perfect wrap up to a wonderful meal without being overly sweet. Our beloved hard cider is perked up by additions of cinnamon, vanilla, graham cracker, and brown sugar, to replicate the classic Wisconsin Dessert. And Granny won't have to guilt you into seconds on this one, but she may just steal a can or two!

Gentry's Granny's Cherry Crisp - Hard Cider
It's always cherry season at One Barrel Brewing Company! As a nod to our home away from home in Door County, our newest Hard Apple Cider features generous additions of Morello sour cherries. To balance the intense tart cherry in this tasty dessert cider, we added vanilla, cinnamon, and graham cracker. The result is a deliciously sweet sipper that even Granny will love. All Natural and Gluten Free!
