Ruby Red Commuter - Grapefruit Kölsch
Our OG and flagship brew got a healthy dose of grapefruit for this unique and tart limited offering.
Pete's Wheat - Bavarian Style Wheat Ale (Spring)
This nod to our pal Farmer Pete the Penguin is a real traditional patio pounder. Brewed with traditional German Hefeweizen ingredients like red wheat, pilsner malt, and a Munich yeast, Pete’s Wheat has the light hazy straw color and citrus notes you’re looking for on a warm day.
Door County Trolley Red - Cherry Lager (Summer)
Brewed each Summer as a nod to our friends who run the iconic Door County Trolley around Wisconsin’s finest peninsula. This mellow lager features additions of high quality dark cherry juice, giving a gorgeous deep ruby hue and a lovely cherry flavor without cloying sweetness. Available all over the state in limited supply each Summer.
Paradise Pils - Tropical Pilsner (Summer)
Light and refreshing Pilsner brewed with Coconut and Idaho 7 hops, for a truly tropical result. One sip and this Pils will sweep you away to an island bungalow all to yourself. Or share, they do come in 6-packs.

Don't Touch Santa's Beer - Orange Pilsner
Skip the milk and cookies this year and leave Santa a sixer of this tasty Orange Pilsner from One Barrel. A light Pilsner base is brewed with tropical Idaho 7 hops, then receives additions of sweet orange for a flavor reminiscent of a Dreamsicle. Don’t be naughty and grab a sixer of this refreshing delight for yourself and for Santa, you both deserve it
Banjo Cat - Black Porter (Winter)
Our Banjo Cat does take requests! We took our old friend and toned down the hop profile to give you the well rounded dark brew that you've been asking for. The result is a deep, dark, and smooth Porter without the excessive hop bite. All in all, we think it's the cat's pajamas.
Penguin Pale Ale - American Pale Ale
This mellow and light American Pale Ale is an easy drinking patio pounder. The Simcoe and Amarillo hop additions shine without being aggressively bitter.
